Ed Allburn, Pres/CEO
Since 1988 Edward Allburn has held senior technical and strategic management positions in the fields of Database Marketing, Data Quality, Customer Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM) for industry leading companies such as Customer Insight Company (a Metromail / Experian company), IBM TJ Watson Research Center, Firstlogic and Group 1 Software. During this time he has had responsibility for over 200 successful CDI-MDM projects in the fields of banking & finance, publishing, catalog, telecom and other industries. He is currently co-authoring a book on CDI-MDM with Aaron Zornes, founder & Chief Researcher Officer of The CDI-MDM Institute and chair of the CDI-MDM Summit series of industry conferences. Mr. Allburn is an international speaker on CDI-MDM and instructor of multi-day CDI-MDM Workshops in addition to being a frequent co-presenter with Aaron Zornes of "CDI-MDM Boot Camp" sessions at the CDI-MDM Summit conferences. He has launched several companies, one a candidate for FORTUNE Magazine's "25 Cool Companies" and is currently Pres/CEO of DataDelta, Inc. which provides CDI-MDM consulting and patent-pending, vendor-neutral match accuracy analysis software used to analyze & optimize the match accuracy of Data Quality, CDI & MDM vendor match engines including custom, in-house match engines. In addition to end-user consulting, Mr. Allburn has also provided Senior Management and Product Strategy consulting to several leading Data Quality and CDI-MDM vendors. Mr. Allburn has also served as a leading Expert Witness in the CDI-MDM industry.
